PLEASE REMEMBER!

• that your parcel is securely wrapped with enough protective bubble wrap.
• your parcel is insured against loss or damage.
• to enclose where necessary any system discs, battery & power supply/charger.
• to enclose return address.
• to provide a brief fault description.
• please email us when your machine has been posted so that we can keep track of it.
• All repaired machines will require a signature when sent via post or carrier.
